Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly analytical and innovative Data Scientist to join our advanced analytics team. In this role, you will leverage data, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques to uncover insights, build predictive models, and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges and deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy machine learning models and predictive algorithms
• Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities
• Design and implement data models, experiments, and A/B testing frameworks
• Communicate findings through compelling data visualizations and reports
• Optimize model performance and ensure scalability in production environments
• Work closely with data engineers to ensure data availability and quality
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and data science

Core Skills & Expertise

• Strong proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data analysis techniques
• Expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data manipulation
• Familiarity with big data tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with feature engineering, model evaluation, and deployment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in data science or a related role
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
