Job Type : Full Time / Contract Experience: 3–5 Years
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled DevOps Engineer to join our technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving automation, enhancing system reliability, and enabling seamless collaboration between development and operations. You will play a critical role in building scalable infrastructure and accelerating software delivery through modern DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient and automated deployments
- Build and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline build, release, and deployment processes
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability across environments
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, staging, and production environments
- Drive continuous improvement through DevOps and Agile methodologies
Core Skills & Expertise
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
- Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Shell
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and system administration
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in DevOps or related roles
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
