We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives across our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for driving projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation to delivery
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and resource requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Manage project budgets, risks, and dependencies effectively
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards
- Drive Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies as required
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership
- Identify and resolve issues, ensuring smooth execution
Core Skills & Expertise
- Strong experience in project management and delivery frameworks
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Expertise in stakeholder management and communication
- Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana)
- Strong understanding of risk management and resource planning
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in project management or a related role
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus
